This business started back in 2020 before the Covid pandemic, it started to grow by offering high-quality apartments for a cheap price to mostly local customers.
Once it all started, we became popular as we offered a place to self-isolate. By doing so, we gained the trust and recommendations of many customers.
Furthermore, it allowed us to gain fast improvement in our service and communication and permitted our growth.
Currently, we are offering 53 apartments in different areas of the city.
While we could be offering many more, we choose to rent only the best and newest places. This allows us to create an example of apartment rent.
While we could have grown much more over this year, it has been decided to prioritize quality over quantity.

While I hope you will at least think about renting our place out, I must point out a few things about our communication:

• We always reply within 15-30 minutes
  
  
• We always recommend what is best around us. Let it be grocery shops, fast food/fancy restaurants, food delivery, or grocery delivery.
  
  
• We never leave our guests in bad situations. Even if it is the middle of the night and a problem arises ( F. ex: the Wi-fi has stopped working). I will send all the instructions to resolve the issue yourself. Or I will personally come to the apartment and fix it for you.
