Welcome to the cozy and inviting Pramonės pr. Apartment 38! This apartment with a minimalistic and simple design is not the biggest of all the apartments we offer, but without a doubt you will still find everything you need for your comfort. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is the spacious balcony, the morning cup of coffee will be much tastier there! Up to 3 people can stay here. Those staying will be able to comfortably use all household appliances: iron, washing machine, TV, etc., kitchen appliances: some of them would be a coffee machine (we will also serve coffee), induction cooker, dishes, cutlery, bathroom accessories: towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products. Also, during your stay, you won't have to worry about parking, you can leave your vehicle in the courtyard of the apartment building.

For those who like an active lifestyle, do not miss the opportunity to use the sports fields in the area - football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, you will find them all! If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Dainava. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.
